Exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, clean, it felt like a proper sanctuary after a long day. Beach towels and a water bottle station were right there in the hallway, it’s those little things that make a big difference.

Communication before arrival was frustrating. I didn’t get access codes until last minute. It also felt a bit nerve-racking to arrive and not be able to check in early. The lack of on-site staff was noticeable. When I faced issues during my stay, I found it hard to reach someone for help. Lights in my room went out, but didn’t get any response about it before check-out. Parking also posed challenges. not enough spaces available nearby, which was annoying. Overall, my stay was mostly enjoyable, just needs to iron out those service kinks.
